How to Return an Item

- Order number.
- Reason for return.
- Photos (if damaged/defective).
- Return Approval: We’ll email a return label (if applicable) and instructions.
- Ship Back: Use the provided label or a trackable service (for non-defective returns).
- Refund/Exchange: Processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Refund Details
- Timing: Refunds post to your original payment method in 7-10 business days. Bank processing may add 3-5 days.
- Shipping Costs:
- Free returns: Defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Customer-paid returns: Change-of-mind returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Request an exchange for the same item or equal-value product (subject to stock). Follow the return steps above and note “Exchange” in your email.
Damaged/Defective Items
- Report Immediately: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Free Resolution: We’ll send a prepaid label and replace/refund the item.
